great location but parking is a hassle

Brilliant hotel facilities, excellent staff and very clean hotel. There is both an indoor swimming pool and outdoor pool. It's located in the middle of town and I was expecting some noise, but there wasn't. Recommended....  

I had a good time! The air conditioning was great and really needed during our stay. I also enjoyed the fresh salads at dinner, although the main dishes could be improved. The main issue was the noise coming from outside at night, so bring earplugs if you're sensitive to sound.

The room was comfortable, but the indoor pool was freezing.

The hotel exudes charm with clean, spacious common areas that are easily navigable, perfect like me who appreciate a touch of elegance and comfort while enjoying the lovely poolside.

More entertainment options for seniors would be appreciated.

A friendly atmosphere by the beach

Woke up to the sound of laughter from the pool area, where the cheerful staff shone. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and town life nearby.

The dining options were quite repetitive. I often found myself longing for something fresh beyond the usual fare. Noise levels from the nightlife were occasionally disruptive, too.

The family room was adequate for our needs, and we enjoyed the delicious homemade cakes available at the dining area. The shower pressure was fantastic. The location of the parking was inconvenient, requiring a 10-minute uphill walk. The food choices were limited and lacked quality, with some meals being unappetizing and poorly combined. Despite the friendly staff, the overall dining experience fell short of expectations.

Just a suitable option for a weekend rest in Lloret de Mar with value for money. The air conditioning worked really well, a lifesaver after long, hot days. Avoid if you want a relaxing, calm atmosphere.

Family experience fun

The water park was a hit, the kids couldn't stop smiling, we got to use it just before it closed for the season, a blast.

It wasn't cheap by any means,, but for what you get, I'd call it acceptable.

Despite the appealing pool, the sunbeds were rigid was good. The dining experience left much to be desired, with warm food options that often reminded me of leftovers, and sauces that didn't enhance the meals. In the evenings, noise levels from nearby nightlife could disrupt sleep. While not overly bothersome, it's not ideal for anyone who prefers a quiet retreat.

The staff was super attentive. They also had a fantastic water park nearby. The food options were varied enough to please everyone in the family.

My kids wished there were more evening entertainment options for families.
